Users may contact us through the website’s contact form to inquire about services, availability, or scheduling. Submission of a contact form does not guarantee an appointment or ongoing care. At this time, users cannot book therapy services or pay for sessions directly through the website.

This section can be updated in the future if online scheduling or billing is added.

3. Telehealth Services

Pathways to Healing and Empowerment offers telehealth therapy services exclusively to clients located in the state of North Carolina, in accordance with licensure regulations. Services are not available to individuals outside of the provider’s licensed jurisdiction.

4. Client Intake & HIPAA Notice

While no formal intake is completed through the website, all inquiries are treated with the highest level of confidentiality. Any client data collected after initial contact will be managed in compliance with HIPAA standards.

Include the name of HIPAA-compliant communication platform once confirmed.

5. Cancellation and Refund Policy

All cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice will incur a $75 cancellation fee.

If you reschedule your session within the same calendar week, the cancellation fee may be waived.

Please note: All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing.

Services are currently provided through Headway, our secure platform for video conferencing and communication. For additional details about our scheduling or payment process, please contact us directly.
